Bleadon Parish Council want to ensure we are communicating with members of our parish about news and events taking place within the village. We plan to send a regular e-Newsletter communication to those who sign up for it. This newsletter which will be in addition to the printed newsletter which we have recently produced and which is expected to be issued quarterly.
The Parish Council can confirm that any resident signing up to receive a copy of the newsletter will not have their information passed to any other organisation and email addresses and names will be held only by the Parish Council for the use of this e-Communication. This process is held in accordance with latest Data Protection Act guidelines.
Once you have signed up to receive the village newsletter, you will be sent an email to confirm that you have registered and you will then be included in the distribution list. You are able at any time to stop receiving these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link within the email. To ensure that you always receive your copy of the Bleadon Parish e-Newsletter, please add
info@bleadonparishcouncil.gov.uk onto your Email safe senders list.
The Parish Council wish to engage continually with the local community and see email as a great way to do this with more and more residents now being connected to the Internet. We hope you will sign up for the newsletter and continue to hear more about what is happening within your local community.
Yours,
Bruce Poole
