Bleadon is situated between the coast and the Mendips, in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) and consequently can boast a wealth of flora and fauna, some rare and some not so rare. On this page we hope to record in words and pictures some of this natural history and hope that you will join in by letting us know of any unusual sightings and sending in your photos.
There are some lovely walks in this area and on clear days the views are spectacular. Download a route from here.
